India’s $44B devotion economy is still largely offline, and we’re bringing structure, accessibility, and meaning to this massive market, where design plays a central role in shaping user behavior at scale. **About the Role** We are looking for a Product Design Intern (UI-first with strong UX awareness) who will collaborate closely with the Design, Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to craft visually polished, intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences. This role emphasizes high-quality interface design backed by thoughtful user experience decisions, offering an opportunity to learn hands-on in a high-growth environment and contribute to products used by millions. **Key Responsibilities** **Visual & Interaction Design** - Create pixel-perfect UI elements and interactive components. - Proficiency in **Figma, Rive, LottieFiles** building design assets. - Explore motion/interaction design using **Rive,** **Principle, AfterEffects**. **User Experience & Interface Design** - Support creation of wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens for upcoming features. - Work with senior designers to translate user insights into engaging UX flows. - Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines. **Design Research & Usability** - Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and surveys. - Organise and analyse research findings to refine designs. - Coordinate with product & data teams to understand user behaviour and insights. **Collaboration & Execution** - Work with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and critiques. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices. **What We’re Looking For** - Sharp, detail-oriented designer with a strong visual sensibility and attention to detail - Proficiency in Rive, Figma, and Framer - Ability to translate ideas into high-quality outputs rapidly - Fast, execution-driven with the ability to iterate quickly and ensure quick turnaround on design iterations - Ability to think through user flows while delivering polished interfaces - Strong bias for action and results, with a focus on delivering outcomes, not just concepts - Clear communication with product and engineering teams - Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Eager to learn, adapt quickly, and continuously improve - Experience or interest in AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Uizard) and motion design tools is a plus - Basic understanding of research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing) - A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship design projects - Interest in faith-tech and building meaningful user experiences is highly valued **Key Skills** - Proficiency in design tools (Figma or similar) - Mid to advanced skills in animation tools like Lottie and Rive - Ability to craft micro-interactions that add delight and subtle gamification - Strong grasp of layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy - Working understanding of UX: flows, states, and usability **Why Join Us** - **Hands-on Learning:** Work on end-to-end design problems. - **Real Impact:** Contribute to products used by millions of devotees globally. - **Mentorship:** Collaborate with IIT/IIM alumni and industry-leading designers. - **Work Environment:** Pet-friendly, mindful, and creative workspace in HSR Layout.
