Job Description

Prophecy Technologies is hiring experienced Java Developers for multiple openings across the USA. We offer Contract and Full-Time opportunities with flexible work arrangements including Onsite, Hybrid, and Remote options. Join a leading IT staffing and software solutions company headquartered in Irvine, CA, serving clients across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software features
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java EE
  • Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of professional Java development experience
