Job Description

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We’re expanding rapidly, and we need a dynamic full-cycle Recruiter to help us find and onboard top talent across the country. About the Role: As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll source, interview, and hire exceptional candidates across 8 nationwide locations. You’ll bring your enthusiasm, strategic mindset, and relationship-building skills to create a seamless hiring experience from start to finish — all while helping us continue our impressive growth. What You’ll Do: - Build strong, authentic relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, successful hiring process. - Use online sourcing tools and our ATS (Greenhouse) to identify and engage talented candidates. - Review resumes and qualifications to match candidates’ skills with business needs. - Conduct engaging behavioral-based interviews to assess fit and potential. - Keep detailed, organized records of candidate interactions, searches, and hiring activities. - Support job postings and onboarding initiatives using the latest technology tools. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum of 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition. - High school diploma or equivalent, required. - A proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills — both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. - A team player who can collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders nationwide.
