About the Role: As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll source, interview, and hire exceptional candidates across 8 nationwide locations. You’ll bring your enthusiasm, strategic mindset, and relationship-building skills to create a seamless hiring experience from start to finish — all while helping us continue our impressive growth. What You’ll Do: - Build strong, authentic relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, successful hiring process. - Use online sourcing tools and our ATS (Greenhouse) to identify and engage talented candidates. - Review resumes and qualifications to match candidates’ skills with business needs. - Conduct engaging behavioral-based interviews to assess fit and potential. - Keep detailed, organized records of candidate interactions, searches, and hiring activities. - Support job postings and onboarding initiatives using the latest technology tools. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum of 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition. - High school diploma or equivalent, required. - A proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills — both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. - A team player who can collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders nationwide.
