# About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 ## The EPMO Team The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is an enterprise-wide capability responsible for improving how S&P Global plans, funds, executes, and measures its most critical technology and transformation initiatives. EPMO sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, delivery, and technology, providing portfolio transparency, governance, and insight for senior leadership. The Reporting & Insights function is evolving from early-stage, manual reporting practices to mature, standardized, and automated reporting capabilities. ## ## Role Summary This Grade 10 role focuses on building user-facing reporting products such as dashboards and scorecards. The role delivers defined outputs with guidance, supports manual data validation, and contributes to automation opportunities while developing breadth across the reporting stack. ## ## Key Responsibilities ### Reporting Products - Build dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and platform-native reporting tools. - Design clear, decision-ready reporting views. ### Data Quality & Support - Perform manual data checks and cleansing. - Support refresh reliability and basic troubleshooting. ### Automation Stretch - Identify and help automate repetitive reporting steps using Power Platform tools. ## Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years experience in reporting or BI roles. - Hands-on Power BI dashboard experience. - Comfort with program and financial reporting concepts. - Strong attention to detail and learning mindset. ## Desirable Skills & Experience - Experience with portfolio or project management tools. - Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation.
