Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, databases, and networking
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline
• Deliver quality candidates efficiently within given timelines
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in US IT Recruitment preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to source, screen, and deliver candidates efficiently
• Willingness to work on-site in Aligarh
