In this role, you will provide technical leadership across Salesforce projects, guide development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You will play a key role in driving project success, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across client engagements. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project delivery. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. - Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution reviews with clients and project teams. - Oversee code quality through code reviews, technical governance, and development best practices. - Support deployment planning, release management, and production deployments. - Design and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. - Build and analyze SOQL and SQL queries to support data management and reporting requirements. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. - Mentor and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities and professional growth.
