Job Description

SanCloud LLC is seeking an experienced React Native Lead Developer for a long-term contract engagement based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite). This role is open to candidates on any visa status. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a strong command of React Native and a track record of leading development teams in delivering high-quality mobile solutions. You will play a key technical and leadership role, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring best practices across the mobile development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of React Native mobile applications
  • Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions
  • Guide and mentor development team members on React Native best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
  • Drive technical decision-making and architectural planning for mobile features
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones for long-term contract engagements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development
  • Proven experience in a lead or senior role on mobile application projects
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite environment in Atlanta, GA
  • Any visa status accepted
  • Nice to Have: Experience in enterprise-scale mobile application development
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in highly regulated or large corporate environments
  • Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
