Job Description

What will you be doing? - Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and deliver accurate, timely financial information - Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy - Analyze financial results and variances, identifying drivers and recommended actions - Anticipate potential accounting issues and proactively resolve them before escalation. - Serve as a technical resource for staff accountants and cross-functional partners - Responsible for fixed asset accounting, capital project management, and depreciation schedules. - Manage daily cash reconciliations and related cash forecasting. What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - 3-5 years accounting, audit, or related experience required - Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information. - Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security #LI-CD1 At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
