Key Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Accountabilities \Essential Functions) - Serve as a Senior Developer building the future of Stronghold, a SaaS offering - Manage workload during sprints - Discover user requirements and build user stories - Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering team ## Requirements - U.S. Citizenship Requirement: Due to contractual requirements and the nature of our work supporting U.S. Government customers, this position requires U.S. citizenship. Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Required Skills, Experience & Abilities - 7+ years progressive relevant experience in professional software development - Experience developing against relational databases and ORMs - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Comfort operating independently across multiple customer sites Preferred Qualifications - CI/CD tooling implementation experience - Experience implementing JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, web applications - PostgreSQL leveraging Sequelize ORM - Experience developing applications deployed to Azure - Experience implementing telemetry and observability in web applications (e.g., App Insights, OpenTelemetry) Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
