We do this through talent acquisition and development solutions that focus on people, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and cutting-edge technology.
About the client:
Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing sector. Their production facility is located in North-West France, a region renowned as a major European hub for healthcare and life sciences manufacturing. - Managing Labor Relations: Leading social dialogue with local employee representatives and trade unions to maintain a stable, collaborative, and constructive social climate.
- Building Leadership Capability: Coaching plant managers to evolve their leadership posture; overseeing strategic workforce planning to upskill teams for tomorrow's digital manufacturing demands.
- Ensuring HR Operational Excellence: Supervising talent acquisition, onboarding, and local compliance with French labor regulations and the Pharmaceutical Industry Collective Agreement.
Requirements:
- Experience: You have a minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR Manager, with a mandatory background in an industrial manufacturing environment (Pharma, Biotech, Chemical, or related high-volume regulated industries). A proven track record of leading complex organizational change management or site restructuring is highly critical.
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a Business School degree with a specialized HR curriculum.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) to comfortably navigate a global corporate matrix.
- Competences: Deep understanding of plant operations (shift work constraints, GMP/Quality regulations); strong managerial courage, resilience, and advanced negotiation skills.
What we offer:
