What kind of work will you be doing? - Developing of product conceptual and detailed design - Based on input data (information, requirements, standards), development of mechanical product documentation: mechanical strength analysis, part and assembly drawings, detail drawings, descriptions, instructions, material submittals, presentations and marketing materials etc. - During design follow and take into consideration international, national and company standards and good engineering practices - Use knowledge and experience to fulfill requirements given for product development tasks - Proactive cooperation with all team members during product development - Development of defined documents according to Document list (DLIST) - Development of workshop documentation for mechanical assemblies - Verification and approval of workshop documentation developed by subcontractors - Specifying Bill of Material and services required for product development - Specification of necessary certificates and delivery dates for materials needed to be ordered - Supporting suppliers with additional information during bidding phase of sourcing (offer submitting) - Providing technical approval for received supplier offers - Providing technical support to subcontractors and installers during production/assembly - Cooperation with Manufacturing and Site deployment engineering team - Cooperation with Site Manager during assembly, providing technical solutions to raised issues - Cooperation with Quality Control during quality control of components/systems and assembly on Site - Cooperation with Commissioning engineer on testing documentation development - Participation on internal testing and FAT - Performing calculations for optimal components/materials selection - Analyzing application of new components/materials and technologies - Structural optimization - Work at height - Lifting platform handling - Handling of rotary (e.g. drill) and hand tools Qualifications: - Master of Mechanical Engineering - 5+ years of relevant technical experience - Software – AutoCAD, MS Office, Inventor, optional 3D modeling software (Solidworks, CREO or CATIA) - Other skills – independent, attention to details, problem solving, organization, creativity, teamwork Who are we?
