Job Description
Description
PLEX Solutions, Part of Markon, is looking for Software/CNO Developers for a program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. You will be supporting a fast-paced rapid prototyping effort to develop cutting-edge tools.
Responsibilities
· Providing embedded operations support, capability integration, and rapid prototyping in support of our customer.
· Collaborating with a large team to develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO tools.
· Doing independent research into software and device vulnerabilities.
· Documenting and presenting findings.
· Developing software prototype demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university a related discipline and 10+ years of experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree or Master's degree and 7+ years of experience
- C/C++, Python experience
- Assembly experience (any platform/processor)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software Development, Reverse Engineering, Vulnerability Analysis experience is highly desired
- Cyber Security, AI/ML, cloud computing, full-stack development
- Languages: C/C++, Java, Python, scripting languages, Assembly
- Platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile
- Assembly: x86, ARM, MIPS
- CySA+, or GICSP, or GSEC, or SSCP (DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification)
Salary Range
USD $150,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
