We are seeking an experienced **Senior Solutions Sales Engineer – Data & AI** to help organizations unlock the value of their data through modern analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven solutions. This role is focused primarily on Data & Analytics, helping customers design and adopt modern data platforms that enable better decision-making, operational efficiency, and business transformation. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with Sales teams and customers throughout the sales cycle, leading technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data platforms and analytics with outstanding communication and customer engagement skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle. - Lead customer discovery workshops focused on data strategy, analytics, reporting, and AI opportunities. - Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics solutions. - Deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts. - Create solution architectures, proposals, and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs. - Support customers in defining data modernization and analytics roadmaps. - Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to ensure successful project transitions. - Stay current with evolving Data, Analytics, AI landscape - Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or customer-facing solution architecture roles. - Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT, Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Business Intelligence environments. - Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise Data & Analytics solutions. - Strong knowledge of: - Microsoft Fabric - Power BI - Azure Data Factory - Azure Synapse Analytics - Azure Databricks - Data Warehousing - Data Lakes - Data Governance - Business Intelligence and Reporting - Experience conducting executive-level workshops and technical presentations. - Experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities and complex buying cycles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken) - Eligibility to work in Greece. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience within a Microsoft Partner, System Integrator, Consultancy, or Technology Vendor environment. - Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. - Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered analytics capabilities. - Public sector or highly regulated industry experience is advantageous. **Preferred Certifications** - DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate - DP-203 – Azure Data Engineer Associate - DP-500 – Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate - PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst Associate - AI-102 – Azure AI Engineer Associate - Equivalent / Similar certifications from other vendor - Competitive salary package commensurate with experience. - Private medical insurance plan. - Company provided laptop and equipment. - Access to training and development programs. - Opportunities for career advancement and growth. - A collaborative and supportive workplace culture. *Candidates should be:* - Authorized to work in the EU. - Proficient in Greek.
