This Sr. Recruiter will support a regional assignment: Physical Therapy Industry Preferred - NM, AZ, Northern California Region.

About the Role
The Senior Recruiter will specialize in recruiting licensed physical therapy professionals, including Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and Clinic Directors (CDs). This is a fully remote role requiring a dedicated, self-driven professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process, build strong pipelines, and partner with operational leaders to meet clinical staffing needs in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for physical therapy positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top clinical talent, including active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain pipelines through job boards, social media, industry conferences, and partnerships with academic institutions.
- Partner with Clinic Directors and Regional Operations teams to understand workforce needs, develop hiring plans, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, provide market insights, adhere to hiring best practices, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of sourcing methods and make data driven recommendations.
- Represent PRN at virtual career fairs, industry events, and on social media to promote our employer brand and attract high caliber talent.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring laws, as well as licensure requirements for clinical positions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specializing in healthcare or clinical recruiting.
- Proven success in recruiting licensed physical therapy professionals is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and licensure requirements for PTs and PTAs.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
