Internal ## **About the Role** ## **Role & Responsibilities** - Lead the design and development of modern full-stack applications across Capital Markets, with a focus on React/Node.js applications and Java services. - Build polished and highly functional user experiences using React and TypeScript. - Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js and Java/SpringBoot. - Work directly with business stakeholders, traders, and end users to gather feedback, refine requirements, and help shape the product roadmap. - Actively contribute code, participate in code reviews, and help drive technical design decisions across the team. - Coordinate development efforts and provide technical leadership across multiple projects and initiatives. - Debug production issues quickly and effectively, while improving long-term maintainability and platform stability. - Ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible. - Mentor junior and intermediate developers, while promoting engineering best practices across the team. - Develop a strong understanding of capital markets workflows and deliver technology solutions that provide meaningful business value. **Our Technology Stack** - **Frontend:** React, TypeScript, React Router, React Query, Zustand, AgGrid, React Hook Form, Mantine - **Client-side Interop:** Glue42 (interop.io) - **Styling:** CSS & SCSS modules - **Build Tools:** Vite, Rollup - **Testing:** Vitest, Jest - **Design**: Figma - **Backend:** Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, REST APIs, WebSockets - **Database:** MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server - **CI/CD:** Teamcity, Azure, Github, Google Cloud Platform **Who you are** We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
