Aleknagik Technology, LLC is currently seeking a Sr/Lead Web Developer to support the Army Food Management Information System program at Fort Lee, VA. Duties: - Capable of working independently or as a team leader role responsible for AFMIS Web design and development. - Will be required to collaborate effectively with all team members to attain successful outcomes. - Update the current online applications, as well as develop and implement a usability testing process to ensure that new website applications meet AFMIS requirements. - Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements, update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in the Rist Management Framework (RMF). - Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Must have excellent communication skills and work effectively with customers across the organization. - Will demonstrate and adhere to software development best practices as they pertain to software development life cycle. - Will be required to analyze and interpret requirements to identify gaps and/or risks to delivery. Qualifications: - BS degree. Advanced degree is desirable in Computer Science, Mathematics or other Engineering or Technical discipline. - At least 9 years of experience in the following: VB.NET, Java Script, ASP.NET, User Interface Development, XML, HTML, CSS, IIS7. - IAT level II certified - Experience in working within a variety of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) - US Citizen, able to pass government background check
