Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will ensure the highest standards of quality for our products and processes, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. As a Senior Quality Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will impact the company's ability to deliver high-quality products, meet regulatory requirements, and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in quality engineering, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success and reputation in the industry. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards - Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction ### Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - 5+ years of experience in quality engineering - Experience with quality management systems and regulatory standards WE VALUE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics - Advanced degree in Engineering (e.g., EE, ME) - Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills EXPORT COMPLIANCE Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
