Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Malvern, PA Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt About the Role Neuronetics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across clinical, commercial, technical, corporate, and senior-level roles. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can build strong talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring leaders, and support both specialized searches and higher-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare or medical device environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized, professional, technical, commercial, clinical, and senior-level roles. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. - Proactively source, engage, and manage active and passive candidates through the hiring process. - Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and high-priority positions. - Support employer branding and social media recruiting campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Glassdoor. - Track recruiting metrics and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership. - Represent Neuronetics as a brand ambassador at networking events, career fairs, and industry functions. - Support internal communications related to talent acquisition initiatives and company updates. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Experience recruiting for professional, technical, commercial sales, clinical, corporate, or senior-level roles. - Medical device, healthcare, behavioral health, or similarly regulated industry experience strongly preferred. - Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates. - Experience with employer branding, social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
