The Role We are seeking an experienced TA Specialist who will join our team for maternity cover contract position with a view to permanency. Working in a small Talent Acquisition team, this is a busy and demanding role with great scope to develop and grow your career. You will work in close partnership with Hiring Managers and Senior Company Management, to play a key part in our strategic growth plans. Your New Role Responsibilities: - Deliver a positive & professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business objectives - Managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection and offer process - Support in continuously improving efficiencies in the recruitment process in line with budgetary and business demands - Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals. - Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the smooth recruitment and onboarding of new employees - Monitor recruitment activity against agreed service levels and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and quality of hire. - Produce recruitment metrics and management reports to support business decision making. - Undertaking additional HR & employee engagement projects as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: - Experience in a busy, high-volume Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment role - Experience in data-driven, fast-moving, entrepreneurial companies is advantageous. - Ability to contribute in a high-paced, challenging environment consistently and positively - Solid experience of direct sourcing channels using social media and jobs boards - Experience dealing with stakeholders across multiple areas - Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems - Familiar with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and recruitment analytics. - Excellent Excel skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines and manage diaries effectively - Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner Yuno Energy Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
