What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who combines recruiting expertise with exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people. The ideal candidate will possess: - 3-5 years of recruiting or human resources experience, preferably within healthcare or senior living. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and recruiting technology. - Strong technical aptitude with the curiosity and ability to quickly learn new systems while embracing automation, AI, and emerging technologies that enhance recruitment. - Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with applicants, hiring managers, and organizational leaders. - A warm, friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for every candidate and team member. - A self-starter who takes initiative, thinks creatively, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. - The confidence and adaptability to lead through change while helping others embrace new ideas and continuous improvement. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as a valued member of a high-performing HR team. - A solutions-oriented mindset, sound judgment, a high sense of urgency, and unwavering commitment to confidentiality. - SHRM-CP, PHR, or related professional certification preferred.
