Experience designing and implementing evaluation systems, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI/LLM-based systems. Deep understanding of context engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and the principles of designing systems for AI agents. Familiarity with agentic frameworks and protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol, LangChain, Skills). Track record of influencing product strategy through data-driven insights, friction logging, or customer zero.

Responsibilities Support Developer Content Strategy: Author and produce high-quality technical content across various formats, including technical blogs, YouTube video series, social channels, and interactive tutorials, to drive platform adoption and educate the Maker community. Focus on showing how agent skills help makers unlock new real-world reasoning agent capabilities. Drive Experiential Engagement: Design and execute high-impact hackathons, developer events, and activations in collaboration with Google Developer Marketing (GDM) and external ecosystem partners to capture key growth cohorts like Startups. Engineer the AI Flywheel: Design, build, and maintain the high-quality code samples, reference implementations, and agentic solutions (MCPs, Skills) that serve as the grounding truth for AI models, driving a virtuous cycle of engagement and improvement. Lead AI Community and Ecosystem: Serve as a technical authority on building with Google Maps Platform and AI.
