Staff Software Engineer Enterprise Applications, Integrations, and Agentic AI **Role Overview:** Drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-powered applications that transform how organizations orchestrate customer experiences at scale. This role directly influences how large enterprises adopt intelligent automation, improve service efficiency, and deliver seamless omnichannel interactions using Genesys Cloud. You will contribute to forward-looking AI capabilities such as intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and real-time decisioning systems.
