Job Description
Superworks is hiring a Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging content around HRMS, payroll, and workforce-management topics for blogs, product pages, and marketing collateral. You'll work closely with product and marketing teams to translate technical features into content that resonates with SMB audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write blog posts, articles, and website copy on HR-tech and SaaS topics
- Simplify technical product features into user-friendly content
- Collaborate with product and design teams on content requirements
- Optimize content for SEO and readability
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and tone
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in content/technical writing
- Strong command of written English
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Ability to research and simplify technical concepts
- Prior SaaS/HR-tech writing experience is a plus
