Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers
• Build talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring
• Ensure quality submissions and timely closures

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Staffing
• Experience hiring for IT and/or Non-IT positions
• Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment
• Strong ownership, professionalism, and learning attitude
