# Technician Recruiter
Location: Blue Ash, OH (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Raymond Storage Concepts is looking for a relationship-driven Technician Recruiter to join our People Operations team. In this role, you'll lead the recruitment of field service technicians and other skilled trade positions that keep our business moving. If you enjoy connecting with people, building partnerships, and making a direct impact on business growth, we'd love to meet you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Talent Acquisition or Human Resources career who is looking to grow into a full-cycle recruiting professional while working alongside an experienced People Operations team.
This position is fully onsite at our headquarters in Blue Ash, Ohio, with occasional travel to our Columbus and Louisville branch locations.

## What You'll Do
As our Technician Recruiter, you'll own the recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance while partnering closely with hiring managers and operational leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for field service technicians and other technician-related positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, trade schools, military programs, workforce organizations, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers and support pre-employment activities with the People Operations team.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship building.
- Represent Raymond Storage Concepts at job fairs, trade schools, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
- Develop partnerships that strengthen long-term technician recruiting pipelines.
- Support onboarding activities and collaborate with operational leaders to improve hiring outcomes.
## What We're Looking For
### Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, Sales, or another people-focused role
- Internship, co-op, or campus recruiting experience may be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new technology and HR systems
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally to Columbus and Louisville
### Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience interviewing or sourcing candidates
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (ADP is a plus)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Passion for building a career in Talent Acquisition
