Job Description

Long-term W2 contract (no C2C) for a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in enterprise application development using .NET technologies. The candidate should possess strong expertise in Web APIs, SQL Server, Azure, AI-assisted development tools, and CI/CD practices. This role also includes mentoring offshore teams and leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery. Multiple onsite locations available: St. Louis MO, Philadelphia PA, Wilmington DE, Columbus OH, Chicago IL, Minneapolis MN, and Detroit MI.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade .NET applications
Design and build RESTful Web APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Utilize AI-assisted development tools throughout the SDLC
Develop unit tests and ensure code quality
Mentor and train offshore development teams
Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment activities
Follow secure software development best practices

Requirements

W2 candidates only, no C2C
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns
Experience with MS SQL Server
Proficiency with Git and GitHub
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor AI
Experience writing unit tests with xUnit and MSTest
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with web security best practices
Willingness to travel/work onsite at one of the listed locations
