Job Description

Techno Particles, a leading full-service digital agency in Shastripuram, Agra, is looking for a skilled QA Tester (IT) to join its growing team on an immediate basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications developed by the team. You will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify bugs, validate functionality, and maintain high software quality standards. Agra-based candidates are preferred and immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure testability
Conduct API testing and validate backend service responses
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility
Participate in sprint planning and review meetings in an agile environment
Maintain and update test documentation and QA reports
Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing after development changes
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

Requirements

3–6 years of QA testing experience in an IT/software environment
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management
Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
Experience with cross-browser testing tools (BrowserStack, Selenium, etc.)
Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
