Job Description
Contract backend engineering role for a technology client, delivered onsite in Bangalore through The Tech Galore's staff augmentation model. The engineer will work within an existing product/engineering team to build, extend, and maintain backend services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Collaborate with the client's engineering team on system architecture
- Write clean, tested, production-ready code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance and reliability issues
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java (preferred), Python, or Golang
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of databases and backend system design
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore on a contract basis
