We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior API / SQL Developers with strong expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and SSIS to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable APIs, managing database solutions, building ETL processes, and supporting enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on development experience, strong database skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills - 5–7 years of hands-on experience in software development. - Strong expertise in: - .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core - C# - REST API development - SQL Server - SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) - Experience with: - Entity Framework / ADO.NET - API authentication and security - Performance tuning and debugging - Git or other version control systems - IIS deployment and configuration Database Skills - Strong understanding of relational database concepts. - Experience in query optimization and indexing strategies. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes. ### Responsibilities Key Responsibilities API & Backend Development - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET technologies. - Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. - Integrate APIs with internal and external systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. Database Development - Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server database objects including: - Stored Procedures - Functions - Views - Triggers - Write complex SQL queries for reporting and data processing. - Perform database performance tuning and query optimization. SSIS & ETL Development - Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration workflows. - Handle data migration, transformation, and validation processes. - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and data pipelines. Collaboration & Delivery - Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions. - Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed. Support production deployment and post-release activities. ### Qualifications Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities. - Ability to work independently and in team environments. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
