Key Responsibilities
- Clean, transform, and aggregate large-scale datasets
- Compile and install database systems
- Write complex SQL and programmatic queries
- Scale data solutions to multiple machines
- Put disaster-recovery systems in place
- Build data solutions for advanced analytics
- Guide clients through data strategy and digital transformation
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in building data solutions for advanced analytics
- Deep knowledge of big-data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, SQL, and Scala
- Familiarity with advanced-analytics tools such as Anaconda or Spark for machine learning
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with teams and clients
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work outside your comfort zone
- 75–80% travel readiness
