WebContrive is hiring an HR Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard talent across technical and non-technical roles, supporting the agency's growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and offer negotiations
  • Support onboarding of new hires

Requirements

  • Freshers to 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
