Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based applications and AI agents
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize model outputs
• Implement and evaluate AI quality metrics and evaluation methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data engineering solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices
• Maintain version-controlled codebases and ensure code quality

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall professional experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python or similar programming languages
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies and quality metrics
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Green Card (GC) or US Citizen (USC) work authorization required
