Job Summary We are looking for a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. Required Qualifications - 6+ years of Workday integration development experience. - Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors. - Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations. - Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs. - Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration. - Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns. - Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design. Preferred Qualifications - Workday Pro Integrations certification. - Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll. - Familiarity with Workday Extend. - Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments. - Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
