Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. ## Job Description 协助建立和维护工厂的设备管理体系，使用预防性和预测性维修技术消除预知的故障以提高工厂生产线的可靠性；通过对系统中维护数据的分析，寻找提高设备可靠性和节约维护费用的机会，并提出有建设性的解决方案；特种设备管理；设备资料和文档管理。 1. 培训相关员工设备可靠性管理体系知识、CMMS（计算机维修管理系统）操作技能、预测性维护技术等； 2. 基于设备资料及工厂维护历史数据，定期回顾和更新工厂设备的维护策略，包括为新增设备进行故障模式及失效分析，发展维护策略，根据维护策略更新在CMMS系统中的设置，确保维护策略得到执行； 3. 建立和更新工厂设备的PDM数据和资料库（包括红外热成像、超声波、振动分析），确认检测点，检测路线，频率以及相关安全程序制定，包括日常新增、移动、报废设备的PDM数据更新； 4. 跟踪和监测设备主动性维护数据，包括PM/PDM执行状况、PM/PDM监测结果和数据等，根据监测结果和数据为不健康设备申请维护工单并跟踪维护工单执行情况，定期生成设备监测报告提交生产运营团队； 5. 维护或监控设备故障停机数据，提供设备故障停机的根因分析报告及行动项跟踪，为维护策略更新、新资产设计、采购、安装和维护等提供必要的技术支持； 6. 制定工厂设备备件的发展策略和库存策略，为计划员发展设备BOM及MRP设置提供支持，定期分析备件库呆滞库存及库存周转率，为减少备件库存价值及提高库存周转率提供数据支撑和指导意见； 7. 根据工厂维护历史，并使用机械/电气/力学/热力学等相关工程专业知识和经验为提高工厂设备的可靠性、安全、效率，提供专业的技术方案和支持； 8. 协助机修主管定期回顾紧急停机的故障及多发易发故障， 分析根本原因（RCA），提出建议性的解决方案并跟进落实， 从根本上逐步解决此类故障的再发生， 降低NSTD故障率，提高维修效率。 9. 追踪工厂润滑策略的执行和有效性，及发展和更新设备食品级润滑剂添加计划，为维修现场执行符合食品安全和质量相关程序提供技术支持； 10. 工厂特种设备的管理，确保工厂的特种设备的状态符合法律法规的相关要求； 11. 管理工厂的设备档案和资料； 12. 12.完成上级安排的其他临时工作。 ## Qualifications 教育背景：大专及以上学历，机电一体化相关专业； 工作经历： 1.五年粮油、食品、化工、造纸、制药等企业相关工作经历，能够熟练使用CAD、office等软件； 2.有两年以上的设备管理经验。 能力： 1.具备机械相关基础知识； 2.具有团队合作精神，善于沟通； 3.具有较强的动手能力，工作积极主动，责任心强，富有创新能力； 4.认真负责的态度。 语言技能：英语良好，有一定的读写能力 ## Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
