This shifts the HR Coordinator role completely. You aren't just filing papers—you are managing a high-volume pipeline of high-turnover drivers (Delivery Associates), tracking rigorous compliance metrics, and keeping the team motivated to hit "Fantastic Plus" safety and performance scores.
## Job Description
We are looking for an organized, high energy, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our 100+ growing team in Chandler. In this role, you will be the gears that keep our human resources department running smoothly. You will act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, manage our payroll processes, maintain accurate digital employee records, and handle Workers Compensation and OSHA reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring total accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Payroll: Ensure accuracy and timely processing of weekly timecards and payroll through excellent attention to detail. Process any garnishments as received ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing
- Workers Compensation: Oversee the WC process ensuring timely submitting of incident reports. Stay on top of all medical documentation, follow up visits and return to work,
- OSHA: Track and report all OSHA recordables utilizing multiple systems. Process end of year reporting requirement.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions regarding company policies, benefits enrollment, and general HR procedures. Handle employee callouts. Process terminations.

## Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role, or a strong administrative background with a demonstrated focus on human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (applicable experience may be substituted).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS platform ADP Workforce Now and standard workplace tools like Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Discretion: An absolute commitment to maintaining high levels of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and business data.
- Weekend work: Weekend call outs are handled through rotation between the HR team, equating to one weekend a month and approximately 1 hour of work.

What we offer:
Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000/year (depending on experience).
