## Job Description
As an Associate Executive within our Accounting team, you’ll build your core accounting skills while supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for a portfolio of clients. In this entry‑level role, you’ll focus on standardised processes and routine accounting tasks, working under guidance while progressively gaining exposure to more complex activities and developing your professional capabilities.
What You Will Do:
- You’ll prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting working papers, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and completed on time with appropriate guidance.
- You’ll support day‑to‑day accounting operations, including processing transactions, performing bookkeeping, managing assigned mailboxes, and maintaining proper financial records and source documentation.
- You’ll assist with month‑end and year‑end processes by compiling accounting data and contributing to the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports.
- You’ll support tax and VAT filings, respond to audit queries, and assist with regulatory reporting, while escalating more complex matters to senior team members.
- You’ll maintain high‑quality standards by reviewing your own work, following established procedures and checklists, and resolving routine accounting queries in line with internal controls and risk frameworks.

## Qualifications
About You
- You are currently pursuing ACCA/ACA (or equivalent), or you hold a relevant degree in accounting or finance.
- You have relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- You have a strong interest in building your accounting knowledge, particularly in financial reporting and corporate accounting.
- You are detail‑oriented, organised, and eager to learn, with the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
- You are a proactive team player with good communication skills and a willingness to take ownership of your development in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
