Job Description
We are building and improving our group finance functions for our 1,800-employee company and are now seeking several skilled and proactive Accountants to join our finance team in a fast-paced, international, subscription-based business.
You will be based in Budapest and become part of our accounting team spanning Budapest, Copenhagen, Vienna and Dortmund. Together with your colleagues, you will support entities across the group and contribute to creating scalable, high-quality accounting processes in a truly global environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys hands-on accounting, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to play an active role in improving processes while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple entities.

From our Budapest office, you will play an important role in strengthening and developing our accounting operations. We are implementing NetSuite ERP, integrating new entities, and continuously improving the way we work across our global finance organisation.
You'll join a team that manages accounting processes centrally for entities around the world, helping ensure smooth month-end closings, reliable reporting, and scalable financial operations.
### What you will be working on
Own the Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
- Manage accounts payable processes, monitor invoice workflows, and ensure timely processing
- Perform bank and balance account reconciliations
- Manage expense reporting and related accounting activities
- Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
- Be part of Ad hoc tasks and projects
Drive Accurate Financial Reporting
- Support month-end close activities and reconciliation processes
- Prepare timely monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Compile reporting packages for group entities
- Work closely with local service providers to ensure statutory filings are completed on time
Help Build Better Processes
- Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite ERP
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities
- Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Help create standardized and future-ready accounting processes
Collaborate Across the Group
- Work closely with colleagues in Budapest, Copenhagen, Vienna and Dortmund
- Partner with teams across Finance, Tax, and Controlling
- Support a global portfolio of entities and navigate international accounting complexity

You will likely bring:
- Hands-on accounting experience from a similar role
- A proactive mindset and a strong drive to improve processes
- Experience working with digital and scalable accounting solutions
- Strong attention to detail combined with a pragmatic approach
- Excellent communication skills in English
- German skills an advantage but not required
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage but not required
