Job Description
Al Ahliya Sky, a Dubai-based manpower supply and outsourcing company, is urgently hiring an experienced Business Development Executive to grow its client base across the UAE. The role focuses on winning new manpower supply contracts within construction, MEP, facilities management, and industrial sectors, working closely with the Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Promote labor supply and manpower outsourcing services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower deployment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry
- Proven experience generating new business and securing manpower supply contracts
- Strong network with construction, MEP, facilities management, industrial, and contracting companies in the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE labor supply market and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
