Job Description

Zero IT Solutions is hiring Business Development Executives to drive client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, online bidding platforms, and client relationship management. This is a full-time on-site role in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation, prospecting, and building a strong sales pipeline
Client handling, relationship management, and sales follow-ups
Bidding on online freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer
Working towards sales targets and contributing to business growth strategies
Drafting proposals, responding to RFPs, and closing deals

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in business development or IT sales
Proven experience with lead generation and client handling
Hands-on experience with online bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills
