Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Promote labor supply and manpower outsourcing services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower deployment
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the Labor Supply/Manpower Outsourcing industry
• Proven experience generating new business and securing manpower supply contracts
• Strong network with construction, MEP, facilities management, industrial, and contracting companies in the UAE
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE labor supply market and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
