Job Description

Bytecode Technologies is hiring an Online Bidder to identify and win new business through freelance and project bidding platforms. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to convert leads into long-term client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms
  • Identify and qualify potential leads matching company capabilities
  • Draft compelling proposals and cover letters for client projects
  • Coordinate with technical teams to scope project requirements
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in online bidding or IT sales
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of web/mobile/software development lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
