Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to address business problems
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data science requirements
• Build data pipelines and ensure data quality for model training and evaluation
• Communicate findings and model performance to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document methodologies, models, and results for reproducibility

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools
• Ability to work on-site in Mossville, IL for the duration of the contract
