Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Strong ABAP development skills with solid debugging and performance tuning experience - Hands-on experience with Adobe Forms development - Fiori/UI skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements within SAP environments. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and ability to work effectively in iterative development cycles. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. - Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP applications.
