Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with data transformation processes. - Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop efficient mapping strategies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data conversion issues to maintain data integrity. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and configuration management practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
