Job Description

DRC Systems is looking for a Manager - SEO & Digital Growth to lead our organic search and digital growth strategy, driving traffic, rankings, and lead generation across web properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO and digital growth strategies
  • Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Manage and mentor a team of SEO and content specialists
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams on growth campaigns

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Experience managing a team is preferred
