Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced statistical and machine learning solutions using Python, PySpark, SAS/SPSS, and R
• Apply hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and forecasting techniques to solve business problems
• Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, CNTK, and MXNet
• Design and manage ML pipelines and deployment workflows using tools like KubeFlow and BentoML
• Implement data quality and model monitoring practices using Great Expectations and Evidently AI
• Work with Generative AI concepts including LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and emerging frameworks such as MCP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven AI/ML solutions
• Work with structured and unstructured data across the AI application lifecycle

Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (SQL preferred)
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and emerging AI frameworks/protocols like MCP
• Experience with statistical methods: Hypothesis Testing, T-Test, Z-Test, Linear/Logistic Regression
• Experience with forecasting methods such as Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA, and ARIMAX
• Experience with classification techniques such as Decision Trees and SVM
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Pharma/Life Sciences background strongly preferred
• Snowflake Cortex experience is a good-to-have
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and AI application lifecycle management preferred
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data engineering concepts, and API integrations preferred
• Exposure to GenAI application development, vector databases, semantic search, and AI orchestration frameworks preferred
