Job Description

F.Robin Technologies is hiring an experienced BMC Remedy Developer to design, code, and improve custom software components across systems and applications. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient software aligned with business requirements, using contemporary development frameworks and agile methodologies. This is a senior individual contributor / team lead role open across multiple office locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, and Noida. Only immediate joiners will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide the team to deliver quality outcomes
  • Own key team decisions and contribute to strategic technical direction
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional decision-making
  • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and software quality
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and timelines

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in BMC Remedy / custom software development
  • Strong hands-on experience designing, coding, and improving software components
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Willingness to join immediately (immediate joiners only)
  • Open to working from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, or Noida
