Job Description
Are you passionate about people and eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? Join our team as an HR Intern (m/f/d) based in Stuttgart and become an integral part of our dynamic HR department during an exciting phase of organizational transformation for 12 months.
### Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the company integration process following a recent acquisition, helping ensure a smooth transition for employees
- Support the recruitment process: create job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees
- Take ownership of smaller HR projects and proactively drive them forward
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
- Contribute to employer branding and HR marketing initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
### Requirements
- Initial experience in Human Resources (e.g., internships, student jobs, or relevant practical experience)
- Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is a plus
- Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus

Working Hours
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
We are offering a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
