Job Description

Instance IT Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow the company's software and digital service portfolio. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify leads, pitch solutions, and close deals with businesses across India and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities via calls, email, and networking
Pitch company services to prospective clients and generate leads
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business deals
Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with deliverables

Requirements

1+ year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
Basic understanding of software/web development services
