Responsibilities: - Design and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce costs. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and work instructions. - Utilize CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures. - Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Train and mentor junior engineering staff and production personnel. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field. - 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. - Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety. - US Citizen About Us: Legion Technical Solutions LLC has been a leader in the manufacturing sector for over a decade, delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
